Pumpkin Vine Cafe

Took the family to Shipshewana and stopped here for lunch after reading reviews. The place looked nice and inviting. The food and service were a disappointment. All four of us had burgers. Everyone of the burgers were slightly burned. My order was wrong. When I lifted the bun up it crumbled in my hands. It was dry and seemed old. I ordered pickles, tomatoes and lettuce. There was 1 pickle and a tomato that was actually smaller than the pickle. The other orders in our group were much the same. The place wasn't very busy and yet there were at least three tables that had not been cleared of garbage left from previous customers. The two girls behind the counter were not very helpful with any questions we asked and almost irritated when asked to correct something they messed up on our order. I will not eat there again.

It's a nice place to eat. There are sandwiches, soups, and salads. Never had anything l didn't like.

This is a really nice cafe they have really good food too. They are really nice people and they make the desert them selves also. The owner is really nice also
